As Japanese wooden fittings and sliding doors made of wooden frames and papers are used, sound proofing of rooms are not complete.

Please inform us of cancellation of your stay at least three days before arrival.
For the cancellation two days before arrival and on the day before arrival, we will charge 50 % of the corresponding room charge.
For the cancellation on the day of arrival, we will charge 100 % of the corresponding room charge.
ご宿泊のキャンセルは、３日前までにお知らせください。
連絡が2日前、前日の場合は、該当する宿泊料の50％を申し受けます。
連絡が当日、連絡なしの場合は、該当する宿泊料の100％を申し受けます。
